Accommodations

The Annual Meeting will be held at the Bluesky Breckenridge (and a few units at the Saddlewood Townhome, located next door to the Bluesky).
To make your reservation(s), please call ResortQuest Reservations at 800-525-2258 and be sure to let them know that you are with the NPCSG. You may also inquire at summitreservations@resortquest.com. Do not make reservations directly with the Bluesky or Saddlewood.
To take advantage of our group rate and to be guaranteed space, reservations should be made by December 17, 2007. Units will be released after that date. We have reserved the following units for NPCSG:

Most of the above units come with a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Some units do not have a mountain view and instead have hot tubs - please specify the room type you prefer when you make your reservation. Daily rates quoted above do not include 17.3% tax and service fee. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Presentation Guidelines

Presenters are asked to submit an abstract of no more than 250 words that outlines the objective and content of their talk. Presentations should be approximately 20-30 minutes in length, leaving 10-20 minutes for questions and discussion.
